Service Description: A collection of map services to be used with web maps using individual layer references. Add all new layers to bottom of layers so as not to change the index for existing layers. Wet/Dry boundary layers added on 2017-04-13. Soils MapUnit Gregg and Upshur Counties layer added on 2017-06-26. Truck Route layer added on 1/17/2018. Repointed LandBankLots to the EGDB after the feature class was added to it. 2/19/2018 Changed smbology for Wet Dry layers as requested by Marcus Arreguin and Roger Moser. 3/5/2018 Added LISD Voting Districts supplied by Jennier Briggs with Gregg County Elections office. 3/13/2020
