Service Description: Layers for Admin3, Points of Interest, Building Footprints, Longview Parcels, and Local Parks are the only layers accepted by ESRI via a map service at this time. Each layer REST endpoint URL, the associated queries, and the field used for labeling is configured on the ESRI Community Maps site.
