Topologically clean data is present. Data was reviewed for correct topological structure. Attributes were checked to ensure valid values for those columns are populated. These QC functions were performed during the conversion project. For utility infrastructure, geometric network rules have been defined to ensure data integrity. Data was derived from multiple formats: City Ordinances, Various Feature Classes. Spatial positioning of features, were created by entering coordinate geometry using City ordinances for Longview. Other City boundaries were derived from various feature classes. Attributes have been updated utilizing specified data for each feature class. The horizontal positional accuracy was created by entering coordinate geometry using City ordinances for Longview. Other City boundaries were derived from various feature classes. Various toplogies have been implemented to ensure various degrees of coincidence and connectivity. None -- Dataset only contains 2D information.
